Fabian was absolutely excellent, he was very kind, understanding and knowledgable. He found solutions to problems I hadn't even thought I could get help for which was amazing. It felt like the complete opposite of the Pip assessment process in that he was looking for issues to help with and then doing what he could to find multiple solutions as opposed to making me prove I was struggling in order to get help. Thank you!

Since I came in contact with Remtek, I have had some ups and downs. However, I must commend those of your colleagues who worked to have things put right when goes wrong; thank you to the team that came and did my assessment, Rob, that first came fit my work desk, and thanks to those whom I have spoken to over the telephone that have helped me and thank you to Hari, this person came and was so polite and helpful. Today I had a training meeting with Tom Ashton. Tom helped me to understand the Software and also helped me with any questions that I may have. Tom was very understanding of my confusion and fast-paced clicking, and he allowed me time to make sense of things. He provided me with excellent training, allowing me to confidently say that I understand the software He has taught me. for example, I am using the software he taught me today to type this.

My equipment came on time with no issues. While only my first session, Tom made me feel at ease and was especially patient with my lack of knowledge, helping me to understand the software and consistently checking to make sure I was understanding his instructions.

Chris helped me with my ergonomic equipment from the assessment right through to the delivery and assembly. From start to finish, there\'s nothing I can fault - everything was put together safely and neatly with no mess or damage. I truly appreciate his professionalism - it is clear he is great at his job. We worked together to find ergonomic solutions and everything was tested and checked, ensuring completion. Once again, many thanks!

The service and staff were excellent.

I got my laptop and software from Remtek through DSA. My laptop recently had to go in for repairs which was done in a speedy fashion. The staff were amazing, even when I was making a nuisance of myself. I would 100% recommend Remtek to everyone.

I had a familiarisation session with Calvin Keirnan and he explained everything very clearly to me. All of my questions were answered and I left feeling much better about how to use my software and computer.

I had a 2 hour training session with Daniel Gibson and it was really helpful and beneficial. We had two softwares to get through in this time so had to fit a lot in but he managed to go through everything really well and I had the opportunity to ask any questions, making everything really accessible.

Really helpful and kind staff explaining some aspects of DSA to me as it's my first time using it/doing the process.

my first session with Daniel Gibson and Rebecca Allsopp was great. she\'s really well-spoken and kind, explained how to use glean really well and was accommodating, I couldn\'t ask for a better first session

Claire Sheen has been a brilliant trainer. She has been patient and understanding throughout all the sessions we have had. If I had questions or queries during or after the training, she always made sure that she got back to me if she needed to find any extra resources or answers. I would highly recommend Claire as a trainer :-)
