Remtek provided all necessary information during the ordering process and the installation and delivery of the equipment was professional and the engineer who installed the equipment answered all questions and was approachable.

Very happy with the service I received from the supplier, it was very knowledgeable about all the different pieces of equipment. The engineer was very polite and friendly, asked if I had any questions, explained and showed how each piece of equipment worked. Brilliant service.

The new equipment will be a huge help in my studies and allows for a more relaxing view when working. The equipment as a whole is great the engineer was polite and explained about the set-up of the equipment; they took me through all the icons and help features, where I can buy consumables. Everything was tested and my questions were answered. A thoroughly good and efficient service. Very pleased.

The service was great and I was really pleased you were given an exact time of delivery for the equipment and the engineer arrived on time. Only slight criticism is that I haven't received my receipts yet and I've not been given any information on when I will receive my training.

The supplier that came today was very helpful and explained everything clearly so that I understand how the equipment works and can set it up when I go to university. I do not as of yet have a university email.
