The engineer who arrived with my equipment was very polite and installed the equipment as per my requests. Did an excellent job of the Installation. They went through the training step by step and covered every piece of software and hardware that had been installed, so that I knew how it worked. Also went through the insurance, warranty and what to do if there was a fault and how it covered be resolved. Excellent job.
