The supplier came on time and the equipment was set up quickly and efficiently. I was given a quick over view on each of the software's which was useful as it has been a while since the assessment I had a while back. Although one equipment was missing, I was informed that it will be sent later on this evening.

This has been an excellent service. From start to finish I have had no trouble at all, everyone I have spoken to/met have been very lovely and always wanting to help. As a new undergraduate (and therefore pretty clueless) this service has been straightforward and very accommodating to cater to the disability that I have.

Friendly staff who are very willing to help, making sure you know everything that has been happening on the equipment, way of making sure you understand everything and have no questions. They know the equipment very well and are happy to help you. However the phone system is very quiet and makes phone conversations hard to understand and very difficult.

Extremely helpful, friendly and considerate delivery man. When the engineer had left I felt very confident to be able to use everything, not confused and apprehensive as I would have been if I had just been left to unpack and set up on my own! As i was shown how to use everything I didn't have the anxiety of reading all the instructions, and as everything was already installed and ready to go, and then anything the engineer explained and I noticed that I was given plenty of time to write everything down, so i didn't feel rushed. The whole process with Remtek I found really straightforward, all the information was delivered clearly by office staff. Overall a very helpful experience, empathetic to my DSA specific needs.

Service was very good I couldn't have asked for anything more! The engineer was very good as I didn't even need to ask for additional details regarding the equipment as everything was explained and demonstrated very well! Hopefully use Remtek suppliers again in the future.

What do we collect from you:

  • No identifiable information is collected from you while you browse our website.
  • Any information submitted by you via the contact forms is sent directly to email. We do not retain anything on our website.

  • All information you provide to us is held internally. The only exception to this is where depending on your requirements select information is forwarded to government bodies orienting around Disable Student Allowance services.
