The Delivery and Setup went very smooth from Remtek Systems Ltd. I encountered no problems or issues, The engineer was helpful, friendly and understanding, able to answer all of my questions, and going through the setup slowly making sure I understood everything. My items were delivered within ten days which was reasonable time. Explained thoroughly what I would need to do if I encountered a problem and fully set up the equipment. The engineer was on time (actually a little early, which was a plus) and took me through the installation process and how to use all of the equipment, as well as who to turn to if I needed any assistance with regards to the software or computer acting up. Thanks! The service that I have received has been exemplary. From the time of being notified about the order to the time of delivery happened within seven days total. The person who delivered everything was friendly and professional way. All the explanations for the equipment and the way that it works as well as the way that it is put together were done in a way that I could understand and relate to. This meant that everything went smoothly and was enjoyable too. :)

The engineer that delivered and installed all my equipment was kind and good and helped understand how to work the equipment. We went through the different hardware and software individually and taught me the basic in how they are used. The engineer also gave me advice in how to use my equipment more affectedly and made me feel more comfortable in going to university.

The engineer was extremely helpful, friendly and enjoyable. Even though I was 5-10 minutes late the engineer was very patient and still waited for me and started to set up my equipment. The engineer went through everything in such detail that I feel that I could start using the software before seeing my tutor. The engineer was a pleasure to have as a supplier.
