All the correct equipment arrived and was installed well. The engineer arrived at the correct time and was very helpful and cheerful. I was shown around my software and shown the equipment.

The delivery was on time and the supplier was very useful and quick with the instalments of everything. The supplier made sure all equipment was working well and checked I had received the correct items. The engineer was very helpful, talked me through all the software and how to work all the programs.

Remtek have been very professional throughout. They were quick to get in touch with me, answer the phone promptly and arranged the appointment to deliver the equipment efficiently. The engineer delivered the equipment, set it up, gave me an overview of how it worked and of some of the things it's capable of doing to help. Who was very pleasant and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this supplier.

remtek where very slow at the beginning of me dealing with them, they took a while to make me a quote, however once they had made the quote they were quick with processing my order and the delivery and set up was great.

The equipment was installed very quickly and the software was explained well to me. All of my equipment was set up within my workspace at home according to my preference. The engineer was able to answer any of my questions and went through everything thoroughly. The Remtek help centre for any software problems is great, means I can get advice straight away. The engineer who brought my equipment, did a very full, excellent job. The engineer's manner was friendly and helpful and, when left, I had the peace of mind of knowing that I had all the equipment I needed and it was all in full working order. I am impressed and grateful.. The engineer answered all of my question with a clear and easy to understand answer making me feel confident in what I had to do. Made sure that I was comfortable using the equipment before they left and was clear in telling the amount of help I would be given if I were to come across any problems in the future.
